Ambiente acolhedor, relaxado e familiar.

Tem bancas muito
diversas para todos os gostos desde
doces caseiros, bolos caseiros, roupa sustentável, chás… Gostei muito deste
mercado, vou voltar sem duvida.
I went yesterday on April 9 for the first time to Get Zen
Market, which is in the Museum of Lisbon in Campo Grande 245, Lisbon. The main
objective of the Market is to promote Health in Motion by providing a space
where you can find a market for new articles (Crafts, Regional Products,
Gourmet Products, Biological Products, Recycled Products and Reuse of
Materials, Plants, Original and Innovative Concepts, Origami, among others), a
second-hand market and a trading market. There are also classes, seminars and
free workshops. Normally it is held on the last Sunday of each month, but on
April 9th it was the Easter Edition. The market has a fantastic dynamic, the
atmosphere is very welcoming, and the garden is beautiful. Next to the lake
there were some roulottes to have lunch or snack to the sound of the music sung
live. Cozy, relaxed and family atmosphere.
As I am looking for alternative cosmetics based on natural
products, I took the opportunity to visit the Mirística Biologosmética Vegana,
of which I had already read a few things on the net, but I had not yet had the
opportunity to know the brand. I saw all the products on display and asked
about them, and the lady who answered me, was very nice and cleared up all my
doubts. I really enjoy knowing evything about natural products. I bought some
calming drops to help me fall asleep, and when I'm more anxious, a handmade
soap to wash clothes and dishes (which smells fantastic, almost tempted to use
it for the shower), and finally a homemade soap Moisturizing cocoa, chamomile
and calendula for sensitive skin or scalp. I will use it as shampoo and let's see
how my hair reacts. I was alerted to the fact that at the beginning the hair
can get a little more oily, but it is only a phase of adaptation to a natural
shampoo. However if it does not work on the hair, I can always use it on my body. Nothing is lost. She explained to me how
to use every product I purchased and still gave me the hint to use diluted
cider vinegar (1/3 cider vinegar for 2/3 of water) at the end of the hair wash
as an alternative to the conditioner (and also helps to remove soap residue from
the hair).
When passing through the Nabia Olive Oil Cosmetics Portugal, I was
surrendered to the oil perfumes in roll-on, as well as facial oil for oily
skins with a delicious scent, which I was tempted to get even with my
combination skin, because I have a certain difficulty in finding facial oils
that penetrate my skin without leaving my hair oily. They had several handmade
soaps, as well as a roll-on sos with arnica oil and mint for cuts, mosquito
bites and bruises. I bought a 100% natural and handmade lavender facial balm,
which has anti aging, moisturizing properties and helps eliminate skin dark
spots. Its composition contains olive oil, jojoba oil, coconut oil, lavender
oil and other more ingredients, the list is quite extensive. It has a fantastic
lavender scent and does not leave my skin oily. I don´t need to use much
quantity, I use it where my skin is more dehydrated and dark spots. She advised
me not to use in the T zone in the hot weather to avoid pimples. She offered me
a sample of goat's milk, oatmeal and 100% natural handmade honey to cleanse the
face.
It has very diverse stalls for all tastes from homemade
sweets, homemade cakes, sustainable clothes, teas ... I really enjoyed this
market, hey-back there without a doubt.
