Nem queria acreditar quando ouvi a noticia hoje de manha na radio. Um dos meus ídolos faleceu. Fiquei em choque. Como é possível somente tinha 53 anos. Vou ter saudades da sua musica e das suas performances fantásticas.

I could not believed when I heard in this morning radio news. One of my idols died. I was in shock.How could it be possible He was only 53 years old. I will miss his music and his amazing performances.

A Winter Box da Círculo Bio é uma forma de encontrar novos produtos de cosmetica natural, uma boa introdução para algumas empresas populares como Dr, Bronner, Pukka e Bagder.  

Até a data nunca encontrei uma box destas em Portugal, tudo o que tenho conseguido vem de fora, o que acho uma excelente iniciativa. Não é uma box surpresa, sabemos o que vem nela e não há qualquer subscrição. O preço da box é 20,95€ +Portes. Podem adquirir aqui.

Este conjunto contém:

• um creme para as mãos da ABFE 20 ml (revitaliza a pele, bem como, ajuda a regenerar a pele seca e rachada; deixa as mãos suaves, com textura aveludada e mantém a hidratação).
• um creme hidratante para o rosto da ABFE 15 ml (profundamente hidratante e reconfortante; ajuda a melhorar a aparência de linhas finas e a textura da pele).
• um sabonete liquído de eucalipto da Dr. Bronner 59 ml (o óleo essencial de eucalipto tem um efeito descongestionante).

I love Badger Balm's winter balm and Dr. Bronner liquid eucalyptus soap, they are great for winter. I am a big fan of Pukka teas, especially Relax and Lemongrass & Ginger.

Não gosto de criar conflitos nem de guardar palavras por dizer. Mas há alturas na vida que não posso dizer tudo o que penso, nem fazer os outros perceber os meus pontos de vistas, pois estão focados naquilo que querem que eu seja ou faça. No meio desta turbulência interior, o melhor que faço é manter o meu silencio, com minimo de argumentos possiveis, quando vem com conversas unilaterais em que não há dialogo, deixando o outro lado frustrado, a espera de uma discução. Inicialmente pensava que devia ser mais determinada e esclarecer tudo na altura, mas com tempo entendi que raramente querem isso, só querem é gerar confusão e medo e o nosso trunfo é o silencio que as deixam atormentadas.

I do not like to create conflicts or keep words to say. But there are times in life that I can not say everything I think or make others see my points of view because they are focused on what they want me to be or do. In the midst of this internal turbulence, the best thing I do is to keep my silence, with the least possible arguments, when they come with unilateral conversations in which there is no dialogue, leaving the other side frustrated, waiting for a discussion. Custou-me £ 13,95 com portes gratuitos mundial no site da Naturisimo, e o conteúdo tem o valor de £ 67 – pelo que foi uma pechincha! Esta é uma box de beleza única, por isso não é necessária subscrição, eu sou um grande fã deste tipo de caixas sem compromissos e sabemos de antemão o que vem lá dentro.

Não temos de nos se sentir culpados por remover pessoas tóxicas da nossa vida. Não há espaço para as pessoas que nos causam dor ou que nos fazem sentir mal connosco próprios. A vida é curta demais para perdermos tempo com gente que nos prejudica de alguma forma ou ainda darmos importância ao que dizem e fazem. Adeus Tóxicos!!!

We do not have to feel guilty about removing toxic people from our lives. There is no room for people who cause us pain or who make us feel bad about ourselves. Life is too short to waste time with people who harass us in some way or even give importance to what they say and do.

Depois de uma apresentação do produto, eis que finalmente divulgo a minha opinião pessoal sobre este creme. Ao fim de 15 dias de uso diário, posso dizer que a minha pele de 40 anos se encontra mais suave, hidratada, mais firme e mais luminosa. After a brief presentation of the product, here is my personal opinion about it. After 15 days of daily use, I can tell that my skin is softer, firmer and brighter. Its texture at first seemed a bit oily, which wasn’t going to enter easily the skin but none of it, the cream is quickly absorbed. It has a very pleasant scent and I feel that the skin is protected against external aggressions like these 2 last cold days.
