This oil-based moisturizing bath essence is perfect for anxiety, stress, cystitis, depression, overload and adrenal fatigue and helps balance and calm. It is a restorative elixir for bath or shower to help dissolve away the stresses and strains of the day whilst helping you regain your inner serenity when your inner calm has disappeared. It can be used in the bath by pouring 2 to 3 capfuls or as a shower gel on wet skin.
