Pela primeira vez venho partilhar com vocês os meus produtos acabados. Aqui segue a lista dos produtos acabados no mês de Fevereiro:

For the first time I share with you my finished products. Here is the list of finished products in the month of February:

-          Mineral Fusion- Anti-Dandruff Shampoo (250 ml):

Controla a recorrência de descamação e a coceira associadas à caspa. Contém argila rica em minerais que ajuda a absorver o excesso de oleosidade. Sem glúten, sem sulfato, sem parabenos, não testado em animais. Vegan 100%. Tem um certificado Cruelty -Free. Como usa-lo? Massaje suavemente no couro cabeludo húmido. Deixe atuar por 2-3 minutos. Enxaguar abundantemente. Tem um cheiro bastante agradável.

Este champô é fantástico para o couro cabeludo com dermatite seborreica, um problema que tenho há bastantes anos, para poder intercalar e mesmo reduzir ao máximo, o champô de farmácia que uso, que é sempre mais agressivo para o cabelo. Há certas alturas que uso somente este champô alternado com um neutro, mantendo a comichão e oleosidade controladas. Tenho tido excelentes resultados com o Mineral Fusion. Recomendo vivamente a quem tem caspa oleosa ou mesmo dermatite seborreica como eu. Já mandei vir um novo da loja online international IHERB. Podem o encontrar Aqui. Acho que nunca deixar de o usar.

Controls recurrence of flaking, scaling and itching associated with dandruff. Mineral-rich clay helps absorb excess oil. Gluten Free. Sulfate Free. Paraben Free, Cruelty Free. 100% Vegan. Has a Cruelty Free certificate. How to use? Gently massage into damp hair and scalp .Leave on for 2-3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. It smells quite nice.

This shampoo is great for seborrheic dermatitis scalp, a problem that I have for years, to intercalate and even reduce as much as possible, the use of pharmacy shampoo, which is more aggressive for the hair.  There are certain periods that I use only this shampoo alternated with a neutral one, keeping the itch and oiliness completely controlled. I have had excelent results with this Mineral Fusion shammpo. I truly recommend it to anyone who has oily dandruff or seborrheic dermatitis like me. I've already purchased a new one from the international online store IHERB. You can find it Here. I don´t think i will ever stop using it.

-          Acorelle, Cleansing Oil (125 ml):

O óleo de limpeza Acorelle remove suavemente as impurezas e a maquilhagem. Enriquecido com óleo de ameixa nutritivo e vitamina E antioxidante, deixa sua pele limpa sem sentir gordurosa. É destinado a peles normais a secas. Tem certificado da Ecocert. Como usá-lo? Coloque 2-3 gotas de óleo na palma da sua mão e aplique generosamente na pele seca, massajando com um movimento circular em todo o rosto, terminando com os olhos. Esfregue suavemente o rosto com água morna para remover o óleo. Eu prefiro remover com uma toalha de rosto húmida. Eu não gostei deste óleo de limpeza simplesmente pelo facto de deixar a minha pele um tanto oleosa, mesmo no inverno com a pele mais seca. Não irei voltar a comprá-lo.

Acorelle Cleansing Oil gently removes impurities and make-up. Enriched with nourishing plum oil and antioxidant vitamin E, it leaves your skin clean and supple without feeling greasy. It is for normal to dry skin. It is certified by Ecocert. How to use it? Put 2-3 drops of the oil on the palm of your hand and apply generously to dry skin by massaging with a circular motion all over your face, ending with the eyes. Gently rub warm water into the oil, then rinse off. I prefer to remove with a soaked face flannel. I didn´t like this cleasing oil, just because it left my skin quite oily, even in the winter time when it can be quite dry. I am not going to repurchase it.

-          Desodorizante Chá verde / Green Tea Deodorant  Yves Rocher ( 50ml):

Este desodorizante de Chá verde é o meu preferido aroma mesmo que a maioria das pessoas gostem mais da versão de Romã. É um desodorizante suave na pele sem Sais de Alumínio e Parabenos. Utilizo frequentemente este produto no inverno pois assegura-me protecção total.

This Green Tea deodorant is my favorite scent even though most people like the Pomegranate version more. It is a gentle deodorant on the skin without aluminum salts and Parabens. I often use this product in the winter because it gives me full protection.

-          
     Trial Size Leite Limpeza Rosto /Cleansing Milk Geomar (30ml):

O leite de limpeza da Geomar remove delicadamente as impurezas da pele e maquilhagem. Contém Flor de Altea biológica conhecida pelas suas propriedades suavizantes e hidratantes e Óleo de Amêndoa biológico nutriente e hidratante. Sem Parabenos. Sem Silicone. Sem Corantes. Sem óleos minerais. Como usar? Utilizar o produto com um algodão, massajando suavemente o rosto. Gostei bastante deste leite de limpeza pois limpa muito bem a pele sem a deixar oleosa. Possivelmente irei adquirir este produto.

Geomar Cleansing Milk removes gently impurity and make-up residues from face respecting the skin. It contains Organic Altea Flower, known for its emollient and calming properties and Organic Almond Oil, nourishing and moisturizing. Parabens free. Silicones free. Colorants free. Mineral oils free. How to use? Use the product with a cotton ball and gently massage the face. I really liked this cleansing milk because it cleans the skin very well without leaving it oily. I'll possibly buy this product.

-          Mini  Skin & Tonic Steam Clean (15ml):

Este bálsamo de limpeza é feito com Cardo, Eucalipto e óleos refrescantes de Menta para remover a sujidade e rejuvenescer a pele cansada. Tem um certificado orgânico pela "Soil Association". 100% Natural e 99% Orgânico. Como usá-lo? Massajar uma pequena quantidade em seu rosto e pescoço. Embeber um turco de rosto em água morna e segure contra o rosto por 1 minuto para vapor e activar os óleos essenciais. Respire profundamente e limpe. Eu adoro usar esse bálsamo especialmente no inverno; Ele ajuda a descongestionar os seios nasais e ao mesmo tempo limpa sua pele perfeitamente. Vou comprar um novo.

This cleansing balm is made with Thistle, aromatic Eucalyptus and refreshing Spearmint oils to lift dirt and rejuvenate dull, tired skin. It is certified organic by the Soil Association. 100% Natural and 99% Organic. How to use it? Massage a small amount into your face and neck. Soak face cloths in warm water and hold against your face for 1 minute to steam and activate the essential oils. Breathe in deeply and cleanse away. I love to use this balm especialyy in the winter; it helps sinus congestion and at the same time cleanses your skin perfectly. I will repurchase it.

-          Trial Size Nourish Argan Skin Rescue (5ml):

Protege contra sinais de envelhecimento, restaura a camada hidrolipídica da pele e reduz linhas finas e rugas. É um potenciador de colagénio natural para ajudar a proteger  a pele contra os sinais de envelhecimento e restaura-la. É certificado pela "Soil Association" e "Cruelty – Free International". É 90% Orgânico e para todos os tipos de pele. Como usá-lo? Dispense uma pequena gota de óleo e massaje suavemente na pele levemente húmida (usar uma bruma hidratante ou agua de rosas por exemplo), num movimento circular. O aroma deste óleo é muito bom, o melhor de sempre. Parece que estamos no céu. Porém não é bem absorvido pela minha pele e o óleo transfere-se para o meu cabelo. Fiquei muito triste com esta situação, porque o óleo de Argão por si só, não tem um cheiro agradável. Uma pena.

Feels like you are in heaven. But it is not well absorbed by my skin and the oil goes to my hair. I was quite sad about this situation,  because Argan oil by itself doesn´t have an agreeable scent.

-          Mini Balance Me Collagen boost Restore and Replenish Cream Cleanser (15ml):

Um creme de limpeza anti-envelhecimento de rosto diário que melhora drasticamente a produção de colagénio, alivia a pele sensível e suavemente remove maquilhagem e impurezas da pele. Como usá-lo? Aplique creme sobre a pele seca usando os dedos ou algodão. Adicione água, se desejar e continue a massajar para retirar a maquilhagem e sujidade da pele diária. Basta remover os resíduos de creme com algodão, um pano de musselina ou água, dependendo da sua preferência. Minha pele sensível/reactiva simplesmente adorou, é perfeito para mim quando a minha pele está mais seca. Este tamanho é perfeito para viagem.

A daily anti-ageing cream cleanser that was proven to dramatically improve collagen production soothes sensitive skin and gently removes make-up and impurities. How to use it? Apply cream cleanser over a dry face using fingers or cotton pads. Add water if desired and continue to massage to smooth away make-up and daily grime. Simply remove cream residue with cotton pads, muslin cloth or water depending on preference. My sensitive / reactive skin simply loved it, it's perfect for me when my skin is drier. This size is perfect for travel.

Compras no Biomercado

O Biomercado é um misto entre mercearia e restaurante e só vende produtos de origem biológica em Lisboa na zona do Saldanha (Avenida Duque de Ávila, nº141B 1050­-053 Lisboa) . É um local onde podes encontrar todos os produtos que encontrarias num supermercado convencional mas, claro, todos biológicos e ecológicos. Assim, encontrarás frutas e legumes frescos directamente do produtor, peixe pescado à linha vindo directamente de Sesimbra, carne portuguesa biológica, produtos para bebés, cosmética biológica, detergentes para o lar, pão quente todos os dias e uma grande garrafeira de vinhos biológicos, a maioria portugueses. Vem descobrir ainda o restaurante 100% bio, com refeições deliciosas e frango take away. Pequenos-almoços, almoços e lanches todos os dias e brunches ao fim-de-semana fazem parte da oferta, assim como muitas opções vegetarianas.

Podes fazer o cartão da loja, que vai acumulando pontos e ao fim de um certo valor de compras, tens um desconto. Bastante atractivo para quem costuma ir com frequência fazer compras a loja.

O Biomercado tem vários produtos sem glúten e cosmética sem químicos nocivos, o que me atrai bastante e costumo ir lá sempre que posso.

The Biomercado is a cross between grocery and restaurant and only sells products of biological origin in Lisbon near Saldanha (Avenida Duque de Ávila, nº141B 1050­-053 Lisboa). It is a place where you can find all the products that you would find in a conventional supermarket, but of course, all organic and ecological. Thus, you will find fresh fruits and vegetables directly from the producer, fish caught directly from Sesimbra, Portuguese organic meat, baby products, organic cosmetics, household detergents, hot bread every day and a wide range of biological wine mostly from Portugal. Need to discover too the 100% bio restaurant with delicious meals and take away chicken. Breakfasts, lunches and snacks every day and brunches at the weekend are part of the offer, as are many vegetarian options.

You ask for a store card that will accumulate points and at the end of a certain value of purchases, you have a discount. Quite attractive for those who shop here frequently.

The Biomercado has several products without gluten and cosmetics without harmful chemicals, which attracts me a lot and I usually go there whenever I can.

Na minha última visita eis o que comprei :

-Duas Empadas Bio Tofu Alga Kombu. Adoro esta empada é uma delicia, tens de experimentar.

-Tiras de Milho Natural Bio Amaizin sem glúten e são vegan. São uma delícia estas tortilhas.

-Tiras de Milho Chili Bio Amaizin sem glúten e são vegan. São uma ligeiramente picantes estas tortilhas, são fantásticas.

-Óleo de Sésamo biológico prensado a frio 0,5L Emile Noel. Este óleo é o meu preferido. Também uso o de coco mas prefiro este.

-Waffers Mel, não podiam falta. Adoro os waffers de mel, são uma delicia. Sou uma gulosa assumida.

-Farinha de Arroz da Próvida para fazer os meus muffins sem glúten. Excelente.

- Uma saqueta de fermento sem glúten sem fosfatos da Natali.

- Curcuma fresca, excelente para fazer chá e juntar a sopa por exemplo. É único sítio que conheço que vende assim a curcuma, se conhecerem outro sítio diga-me.

Passando para outro tipos de produtos.

- Natracare organic & natural pensos diários. Gostei muito deles, não criam qualquer alergia. Sou bastante sensível pelo que mudou-me para este tipo de pensos higiénicos.

- Pasta de dentes natural de menta com fluor da Neobio. Não achei nada de especial, usei-a até ao fim. O que tem de bom é o preço bem acessível.

On my last visit, here's what I bought:

-Two Patties Bio Tofu Kelp Algae. I love this patty it is a delight, you have to try it.

- Natural Amaizin Gluten Free Natural Corn Streams and Vegan. These tortillas are a delight.

- Gluten Free Chili Bio Amaizin and Vegan Streams. They are a slightly spicy these tortillas, they are fantastic.

-The 0.5L Emile Noel Biological cold pressed sesame oil. This oil is my favorite. I also use the coconut but I prefer this one.

-Honey Waffers, you cannot miss it. I love this honey waffers, so good. Love sweet things.

-Próvida rice flour to make my gluten-free muffins. Excellent.

-A Natali gluten-free, phosphate-free yeast sachet.

- Fresh curcuma, excellent to make tea and to mix with soup for example. It's the only place I know that sells fresh turmeric, so if you know any other places let me know.

Moving on to other types of products.

- Natracare organic & natural daily pads. I liked them a lot, it doesn’t create any allergies. I'm pretty sensitive, so I started using these pads.

- Natural mint toothpaste with fluorine from Neobio. I did not find it anything special, but used it to the end. What's good is the very affordable price.

A Cult Beauty é uma loja online Inglesa que tem produtos de “culto”, digamos produtos que foram seleccionados com muitos cuidado pela equipada Cult Beauty procurando oferecer sempre os melhores no mercado.Como em todos lojas online que gostamos estamos sempre a espreitar as novidades assim como os best sellers. Já tinha na minha lista de desejos uns produtos e claro quando apareceu uma promoção em que tinha como oferta o Jade Facial Roller, que andava a namorar há uns bons tempos, pronto não resisti. Estas compras já foram feitas o ano passado, sim estou bastante atrasada nos meus artigos, mas já tive tempo de os experimentar a todos.

These purchases were made last year, yes I'm very late in my articles, but I've had time to try them all.

·        Dr. Bronner Castile Peppermint Liquid Soap:

Os  Sabonetes líquidos clássicos de Dr. Bronner usam ingredientes orgânicos, óleos extra virgem de azeitona, de coco, de jojoba e de cânhamo e óleos essenciais puros para criar um sabonete único, que limpa eficazmente sem ser agressivo para a pele. Este produto não tem qualquer quimico nocivo. Escolhi hortelã pimenta para poder usá-lo como descongestionado do nariz por causa da rino-sinusite alérgica. Sem duvida que um pouco deste produto vai muito longe. Para o banho prefiro diluir 2 a 4 gotas numa taça ou coloca-las directamente na mão e espalhar pelo corpo.  Se precisar de mais vou acrescentando. Sem duvida que é perfeito para altura das constipações. Adoro-o.  Estou tentada em experimentar o de lavanda. Recentemente descobrir que a loja Terra Pura tem esta marca a venda, tenho de lhes fazer uma visita.Esta loja deixou de vender este produto.

I chose peppermint to be able to use it as decongestant of the nose because of allergic rhinosinusitis. No doubt a little of this product goes very far. For the bath I prefer to dilute 2 to 4 drops in a bowl or put them directly in the hand and spread through the body. If Nedeed I add more. No doubt it is perfect for colds seasons. Love it. I'm tempted to try the lavender version. This store doesn't sell this anymore.

·        KneippMineral Bath Crystals-Joint&Muscle (Arnica): 

Os sais de banho Kneipp para os músculos e articulações com Arnica são incrivelmente ricos em cristais de sal puro, livres de aditivos químicos e poluentes ambientais. Estes cristais são solúveis, absorvendo facilmente os óleos essenciais (neste caso, arnica), e preservando as suas propriedades anti-inflamatórias e analgésicas, até que seja liberado num banho quente. Para todas as pessoas que tem reumático,  Fibromialgia e outros problemas de músculo-articulares, recomendo estes sais, aliviam as dores e ao mesmo tempo tem um cheiro tão agradável, que promove o relaxamento. Sem duvida que ei de ter estes sais sempre comigo.

É completamente livre de parabenos, corantes e fragrâncias, silicones, ftalatos, sulfatos, petróleo e talco. Sem duvida que o resultado final são umas pestanas muito bem definidas e volumosas. Contudo ao fim de 3 a 4 horas começa a esborratar na pálpebras inferiores e a esfarelar. Não me aguenta o dia inteiro sem ter de me retocar e limpar os resíduos que caem. Fiquei mesmo desiludida com tantas boas opiniões e com uma varinha tão boa. Infelizmente ainda não foi desta, que encontrei a minha mascara de pestana sem químicos nocivos perfeita.

Este rolo facial é feito de pura Jade, uma pedra de limpeza usada na medicina chinesa há séculos. O rolo tamanho original, médio foi projectado para usar em torno da área do rosto e pescoço para ajudar a drenagem linfática e a circulação sanguínea, eliminando o inchaço, tonificar os músculos faciais e as rugas. No dia-a-dia não nos lembramos dele, mas é excelente usá-lo sempre que possamos com a pele limpa. Prefiro usá-lo com um óleo facial. Faz por si uma massagem facial, os músculos faciais ficam relaxados. Sinto logo a diferença, é fantástico.

This facial roller is made of pure Jade, a cleansing stone used in Chinese medicine for centuries. The original, medium sized roller is designed to use around the face and neck area to aid lymph drainage and blood flow, eliminating puffiness, toning facial muscles and plumping out wrinkles. In everyday life we do not remember it, but it is great to use it whenever we can ona  clean skin. I prefer to use it with a facial oil on. It does a facial massage for itself, the facial muscle are relaxed. I do feel the difference immediately, it's fantastic.

Já algum tempo que andava com vontade de experimentar um dos sprays da This Work que ajuda a ter um sono reparador, especialmente criado para quem acorda várias vezes durante a noite e tem dificuldade em voltar a adormecer. Um poderoso tratamento anti-envelhecimento para ajudar a corrigir as manchas de pigmentares e iluminar a tez sem agentes de branqueamento ou toxinas.

Tenho lido imensas opiniões muito positivas em relação a esta marca, único senão é ser muito cara. Tenho manchas nas maçãs do meu rosto e no nariz que comecei a tratar com um creme despigmentante manipulado prescrito por um medico, contudo não consegui usá-lo muito tempo, pois a minha pele começa-me a arder bastante. Ando sempre a experimentar serums novos e este tem boa avaliação. A amostra deu me para 2 dias e adorei a sua textura cremosa e hidratante. Tem um odor fantástico e deixa a pele macia. Este serum não é fluido o suficiente para usar nos meses de verão com calor mas no inverno seria perfeito.

I always try new serums and this one has good evaluation. The sample gave me for 2 days and loved it, it´s  a creamy and moisturizing texture. It has a fantastic scent and leaves the skin soft. This serum is not fluid enough to use in the hot summer months but in cold weather it would be perfect.

Tata Harper Regenerador Cleanser é um produto de limpeza fantástico, deu para usá-lo por duas vezes, deixando a minha pele limpa e hidratada. Tem um aroma delicioso de citrino (toranja)e Damasco. Contém microparticulas esfoliantes oriundas do pó de sementes de damasco que não agridem em nada a pele sensivel. Um perfeito esfoliante para peles sensiveis. A argila rosa francesa purifica e minimiza os poros. As enzimas de romã ajudam a dissolver os pontos negros, reduzindo a aparência dos poros. Fiquei rendida.

Tata Harper Regenerator Cleanser is a fantastic cleanser, I used it twice, leaving my skin clean and moisturized. It has a delicious aroma of citrus (grapefruit) and Damascus. Contains exfoliating microparticles derived from the powder of apricot seeds that do not hurt the sensitive skin at all. A perfect exfoliant for sensitive skin. French pink clay purifies and minimizes pores. Pomegranate enzymes help dissolve blackheads, reducing the appearance of pores. Just loved it.

•          Sample Vapour Organic Beauty Illusionist Concealer nº040 £1

Vi um tutorial de maquilhagem em que usaram este corrector sem químicos nocivos, para fazer uma modelagem de rosto, pelo escolhi esta cor escura para ver como resultava em mim. Ficou bastante natural ao contrario de outros que adquiri.  Já tinha experimentar este corrector  para esconder as minhas olheiras, mas não resultou  muito bem, pois não tem muita cobertura, pelo que para modelagem  de rosto natural torna-se perfeito.

I saw a makeup tutorial in which they used this concealer free of the harmful chemicals, to contour the face. So I choose this dark color to see how it turned out on me. It was quite natural in comparison with others I used before. I had already tried this concealer to correct my dark circles but it did not work very well, because it didn´t have much coverage, so for a natural face contouring it is perfect.

I will miss you George Michael

Nem queria acreditar quando ouvi a noticia hoje de manha na radio. Um dos meus ídolos faleceu. Fiquei em choque. Como é possível somente tinha 53 anos. Vou ter saudades da sua musica e das suas performances fantásticas.

I could not believed when I heard in this morning radio news. One of my idols died. I was in shock.How could it be possible He was only 53 years old. I will miss his music and his amazing performances.
