Este mês recebi a minha ultima encomenda da Yves Rocher e queria partilhar convosco as minhas comprinhas.

Zéro Défaut Teint Crème Confort Beige 100:

 Indicado para todos que desejam uma pele nutrida e uma tez com zero defeitos durante todo o dia. Máximo conforto até para as peles mais secas. Acabamento sedoso. Comprei a pensar no inverno quando a minha pele mista fica mais seca.

Pó Compacto Bronzeador Duo – Hále Doré:

Um Pó duo com dois tons mate complementares, de diferentes intensidades, que dão um tom dourado a todos os tons de pele. Acabamento mate. 0% parabenos. Dá um toque de bronzeado a pele mais pálida de Inverno. Não é nada escura esta tonalidade, dá um look natural bronzeado.

Lápis khôl Preto:

O Lápis khôl oferece três possibilidades de aplicação: no interior do olho, na base das pestanas superiores ou inferiores (aplique do canto interno para o canto externo) ou como sombra (desenhe alguns traços na pálpebra móvel e esbata-os com o pincel ou com os dedos). Adoro este lapís, é tão versátil e não cria qualquer alergia. Tenho os olhos muitos sensíveis e poucos são os lápis e rimeis que suporto.

Sombra creme à prova de água 12H- cor figue:

Uma Sombra creme à prova de água e de longa duração. Textura creme untuosa e aplicador em espuma para uma utilização fácil e prática. A Cor figue é uma cor bronze que fica lindíssima. 0% parabenos e perfume.

Verniz Gel Rouge Impérial e Bordeaux Exquis:

Com uma só aplicação, as unhas são alisadas e adquirem o aspeto volumoso, arredondado e preenchido do efeito gel. Remove-se tão facilmente e rapidamente como um verniz clássico. Adoro esta versão de verniz gel da Yves Rocher pois deixa as unhas muito brilhantes, seca rapidamente e dura mais tempo do que qualquer um outro, aproximadamente uma semana. Sem duvida que se deve usar um bom Top Coat por cima para garantir uma maior durabilidade. Este vermelho rouge Impérial é uma cor bem vibrante, dá-me animo. O Bourdeaux Exquis será perfeito para este inverno.

This month I received my last order from Yves Rocher and wanted to share my purchases with you.

Zéro Défaut Teint Crème Confort Beige 100:

 Suitable for all who desire nourished skin and a complexion with zero defects throughout the day. Maximum comfort even for the most dry skins. Silky finish. I bought myself thinking of winter time when my conbination skin gets drier.

Compact Powder Duo - Hále Doré Bronzer:

A duo powder with two complementary matt shades, of different intensities, that give a golden tone to all skin tones. Matte finish. 0% parabens. It gives a touch of tan to the paler winter skin. This shade isn´t as dark as it seems. Love this bronzer makes me look super natural.

Pencil khôl Black:

The khôl pencil offers three possibilities of application: inside the eye, at the base of the upper or lower lashes (apply from the inner corner to the outer corner) or as a shadow (draw a few strokes on the movable eyelid and batter them with the brush or the fingers). I love this pencil, it is so versatile and doesn´t create any allergy and I do have very sensitive eyes.

Shadow cream waterproof 12H- color figue:

A Shadow waterproof and long lasting cream. Smooth cream texture and foam applicator for easy and practical use. The color figue is a bronze color that looks beautiful. 0% parabens and perfume.

Gel Nail Polish Rouge Impérial:

With a single application, the nails are smoothed and acquire the voluminous, rounded and filled aspect of the gel effect. Removes itself as easily and quickly as a classic nail polish. I love this version of Yves rocher nail polish gel because it leaves my nails super shiny, dries quickly and lasts much longer than any other, about a week. There is no doubt that a good Top Coat should be used to ensure durability. This red is a very vibrant color, it cheers me up. The Bourdeaux Exquis will be perfect for this winter.

PURE PURPOSE - Wheatgrass and Lemongrass Coffee Body Scrub & Mask

É um esfoliante de corpo hidratante e uma máscara com propriedades curativas num só produto. O produto promete: Limpeza, antisséptico, cura e desintoxicante. Vem numa embalagem de 180g em pó. O preço no website da marca é de £13,50.
Descrição:
É produto de limpeza poderoso que exfoliará sua pele removendo células mortas e melhorando a circulação. O Trigo também facilita o mecanismo de rejuvenescimento interno e melhora o brilho e elasticidade da pele. Embalados com inúmeros nutrientes e vitaminas, especialmente vitaminas A, C e E, que alimentam sua pele e através do processo de desintoxicação, ajudam a prevenir borbulhas e a acne. Bastante eficaz para pele sensível e problemática. Também pode ajudar com psoríase e eczema.

Ingredientes: pó de semente de café, açúcar, pó de trigo, óleo de amêndoa doce, sal de mar, vitamina E, óleo essencial de “Lemongrass”, extrato de semente de toranja, geraniol e limoneno.

Como usar?

Segui a indicação da marca e experimentei o produto como esfoliante corporal assim como mascara facial. Como base para ambos uso, tirei da embalagem com uma colher de plástico e coloquei num recipiente de vidro. Juntei pouco a pouco água para criar uma certa pasta para facilitar o uso do esfoliante/mascara.

Devemos usar este produto no duche pois tem tendência a sujar tudo a volta, quando começamos a massajar o produto na pele. Tem um cheiro maravilhoso, o travo a café é ligeiro e muito agradável. Sentimos ao massajar o produto a fazer efeito na pele. Devemos deixar a fazer efeito 5 minutos conforme indicação da marca e depois passamos por água. A pele ficou muito macia e bastante hidratada. Adorei o resultado. Aconselho a lavar bem a banheira de seguida.

Usei-o também como esfoliante/ mascara no rosto. Decidi coloca-lo com o lavatório por baixo e com cuidado para não sujar muito a minha volta. Massajei o produto muito suavemente na pele evitando os olhos, sendo a minha pele sensível e senti picar na zona a volta do nariz e o queixo, como se o produto estivesse a fazer o seu trabalho. Deixei ficar um pouco mais dos 5 minutos e quando retirei notei os meus poros reduzidos. A minha pele ficou mais luminosa, desintoxicada, macia e hidratada. Este produto é excelente como mascara, fiquei surpreendida pelo positivo.

Minha Opinião:

Já tinha utilizado anteriormente esfoliantes a base de café e nunca gostei deles, tinham um muito cheiro intenso a café, faziam muita sujidade e não via qualquer resultado positivo.

Nada a ver com este produto que para além de ser natural sem químicos nocivos, tem cheiro muito agradável e faz o que promete.  Fiquei fã da mascara esfoliante, mesmo com pele sensível, tolero-a bem. Vale a pena aguentar o picotar pois o resultado é fantástico. Tenho cuidado para massajar a pele suavemente para não agredir a pele e depois o produto faz o seu milagre deixando a minha pele limpa, luminosa e muito suave.

Recebi o produto para testar através do Clube OBL, que é uma forma excelente de conhecer novos produtos sem químicos nocivos mas em nada influenciou a minha opinião.

It is a moisturizing body scrub and a mask with healing properties in a single product. The product promises: Cleansing, antiseptic, healing and detoxifying. It came in 180g powder pack. The price in the brand's website is £ 13.50.

Description:

It is powerful cleanser that will exfoliate your skin removing dead cells and improving circulation. Wheat also facilitates the internal rejuvenation mechanism and improves skin's radiance and elasticity. Packed with numerous nutrients and vitamins, especially vitamins A, C and E, which feed your skin and through the detoxification process, they help prevent breakouts and acne. Most effective for sensitive and problem skin. It can also help with psoriasis and eczema.

Ingredients: Coffee seed powder, Sugar, Wheatgrass powder, Sweet Almond oil, Sea Salt, Vitamin E, Lemongrass essential oil, Grapefruit seed extract, Geraniol and Limonene.

How to use?

I followed the brand indication and tried the product as a body scrub as well as a face mask. As a basis for both uses, I took out the packaging with a plastic spoon and placed it in a glass container. I added little by little water to create a certain paste to facilitate the use of the exfoliating / mascara.

We should use this product in the shower because it tends to get everything dirty around you when we start massaging the product on the skin. It smells wonderfully, the coffee scent is very light and I love Lemongrass scent. We can feel when massaging the product on the skin, it working on the skin. We should leave the effect 5 minutes as indicated by the brand and then we rinse with water. The skin became very soft and much moisturized. I loved the result. Rinse the bath well then.

I also used it as a scrub / mascara on the face. I decided to put it with the washbasin underneath and to be careful not to dirty much around. I massaged the product very gently on the skin avoiding the eye area because my skin is sensitive and I felt itching in the area around the nose and rhe chin, as if the product was doing its job. I left it stay a little longer than 5 minutes on my skin and when I rinse it off,  I noticed my pores reduced and my skin more luminous, detoxified, soft and moisturized. It's great as a mask, I was surprised by the positive.

My opinion:

I had previously tried coffee scrubs and never liked them, they had a very intense smell of coffee that I didn´t like, it was messy in the shower and did not see any positive results.

Can´t say this about this product besides being a natural product without harmful chemicals, it does smell very nice and does what it promises. I am a fan of exfoliating mascara, even with sensitive skin, I tolerate it quite well. It pays to endure the itching because the results are fantastic. I am careful to massage the skin gently and then the product does its miracle leaving my skin clean, luminous and very soft.

I received the product to test through the OBL Club, which is an excellent way to get to know new products without harmful chemicals, but it didn´t influence, my opinion at all.

Passei pela Primark e não resisti a fazer umas comprinhas .

I passed by Primark and could not resist making some shopping.

1- Metallic Brush Set with a back makeup bag and 4 brushes (power brush, liquid contour brush, contour brush and highlighter brush). Os pinceis são muitos macios e podemos dar-lhes vários usos. Adorei-os. E ainda vieram com uma linda bolsinha preta para maquilhagem. The brushes are very soft and we can give them various uses. I loved them. And it came with beautiful black makeup bag.

2- Oil Pulling Sachet mint flavour. Ouvi falar muito disto dos benefícios do óleo de coco para as gengivas e não resisti em experimentar. É bem diferente do habitual elixir. I've heard a lot about the benefits of coconut oil for gums and I have not resisted experimenting. It is quite different from the usual elixir.

3- Travel bottle set. Excelente conjunto de frascos perfeito para viagem. It an excelent bottle set for travelling.

4- 6 way nail buffer. Conjunto de Limas com varias faces que dá sempre jeito. Very useful product.

5- 5 pairs sport footies. Perfeito para o dia-a-dia em dias quentes. Perfect for daily use on hot days.

6- 3 pairs cushion sole shoe liners. Estes pesinhos são bons para o ginásio. Good to workout.

Compras na Decathlon

Passei pela Decathlon para comprar umas coisas que a fisioterapeuta me indicou como a bola de massagem e acabei por comprar estes itens. Tenho dificuldade a resistir a tanta variedade e a baixo preço:

I visited  Decathlon to buy some things that the physiotherapist indicated to me as the massage ball and I ended up buying these items. I have difficulty resisting so much variety and at a low price:

Vou descrever da esquerda para a direita :
- Gym and Pilates shorts Slim efect tamanho XL : Perfeito para usar no verão por debaixo dos vestidos de praia por causa das minhas pernas serem muito juntas;
- Fitness shots Slim tamanho XL: Ideal para usar no verão quer para fazer ginastica quer para alturas mais casuais;
- Chinelos de praia da Tribord 35/36 com tecido entre os dedos: As havainas que estão tanto na moda não dão para mim, pois o plastico entre os dedos me magoam devido a atonomia dos meus dedos. Para além de pequenos são especiais, sim eu sei.  Então somente posso usar chinelos de tecido entre os dedos. Comprei a um excelente preço 8,99€. :);
- Massage Ball da Aptonia: A minha fisioterapeuta utilizou em mim com excelentes resultados então decido comprar para mim para massajar as minhas pernas onde tenho umas lesões;
-Ultra compact  Banane da Quechua cinzenta: Uma bolsa para guardar os seus pertences e atar a cintura para fazer caminhas;
- Massage Hand da Aptonia: Um excelente auxiliar para fazer uma massagem no corpo a si próprio. Faz uma excelente auto-massagem;
- Kiprum Strap rl da Kalenj - meia com suporte no tornozelo tamanho 35/36: Como tenho problema de estabilidade no tornozelo direito no verão, esta meia pode ser uma ajuda aquando das caminhas mais prolongadas, que evito devido as dores;
- Arpenaz 100 cour da Quechua - conjunto de meias respiraveis tamanho 35/38 : Vou usar-las nos tenis em substituição as normais de algodão.


I will describe from left to right:
- Gym and Pilates shorts Slim efect size XL: Perfect for wearing in the summer underneath the beach dresses because my legs are very close together;
- Fitness shots Slim size XL: Ideal for summer use for both gymnastics and more casual situations;
- Tribord 35/36 beach slippers with fabric tissue between the toes: The havaianas that are so fashionable do not work for me, because the plastic between the fingers hurt me, due to the atony of my fingers. Apart from beeing small my toes, they are special too, yes I know. So I can only wear cloth slippers between my fingers. Bought at a great price € 8.99. :);
- Massage Ball by Aptonia: My physical therapist used me with excellent results so I decided to buy for myself to massage my legs where I have lesions;
-Ultra compact Banane of the Quechua gray: A bag to store your belongings and tie the waist for walks;
- Aptonia Massage Hand: An excellent aid to massage the body yourself. Makes an excellent self-massage;
- Kiprum Strap rl from Kalenj - Stocking with ankle support size 35/36: As I have stability problem in the right ankle in the summer, this sock can be an aid to the longer walks, which I avoid due to the pain;
- Arpenaz 100 cour Quechua - set of breathable socks size 35/38: I will use them in the tennis shoes in substitution of the normal ones of cotton.

Motivo da minha ausência / Reason for my absence

Olá a todos!

Sei que há muito que não escrevo no blog e queria vos dizer que continuo por aqui, somente não tive possibilidade conciliar a minha escrita com a minha vida profissional e minha saúde. Tenho fibromialgia já há muitos anos, penso que a volta de 17 anos e cada ano que passa traz novidades e sinto que com o avançar da idade, a minha situação tem piorado. Outras complicações saúde surgiram, o que não ajudaram em nada. O meu emprego é muito exigente e tenho saído muito desgastada, pelo que uso a pouca energia que me resta para as tarefas do dia a dia. Sou uma iniciante neste mundo dos blogs e gosto de escrever com calma, estando ainda longe de ser uma blog expert. Infelizmente para não ajudar, o meu computador novo não funciona e o velho não quer também colaborar. Por agora vou estar mais presente no instagram, que é a rede social preferida e que permite partilha quer para facebook e twitter. Sem duvida que vou voltar assim que as novas tecnologias colaborem.

Hello Everyone!

I know that I have not written in the blog for a long time and I wanted to tell you that I'm still here, I just could not reconcile my writing with my professional life and my health. I have fibromyalgia for many years ( +/- 17 years) and each passing year it brings new problems and I feel that with the advancing age, my situation has worsened. Other health complications arose, which did not help at all. My job is very demanding and I have been very worn out, so I use the little energy I have left for day-to-day tasks. I'm a beginner in this world of blogging and I like to write calmly, I am still far from being an expert blog. Unfortunately not helping too, my new computer does not work and the old one does not want to collaborate either. For now I will be more present in instagram, which is the preferred social network and that allows sharing for both facebook and twitter. Without a doubt, I will return as soon as the new technologies cooperate.
